Notice is given that the 116th Annual General Meeting of members due to be held at the clubhouse on Saturday 22 March at 12 pm. The meeting will deal with the following business:

- President’s Report
- Presentation and adoption of the 2024 Accounts – Balance Sheet and Statement of Income and Expenditure for the year ended 31 December 2024
- Election of Committee
- Other Business
