Play Tennis Lane Cove

LCTC offers a wide range of tennis and recreational options for anyone in the community – members and non-members.

Social

Organised social is available to members free of charge every Saturday afternoon from 1:30 to dusk. If you are looking to join the club, non-members are encouraged to attend Saturday social for a small fee of $15 (max. 2 times). The club organises a range of event-based social days or afternoons (i.e. on Australia Day, ANZAC Day, Wimbledon events, etc.). These are social events open to members and friends and family – the more, the merrier. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, organised social sets are conducted by Sydney Vets. This is open to all Lane Cove members and non-members for a daily playing fee.

Sunday Squads

Squads are held on the 3rd Sunday of every month.  Two hours of hitting and drills – 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A mix of technique drills and fitness. Members and non-members welcome.  UTR of 5.0 minimum for adults (advanced intermediate to advanced comp/tournament player standard). Led by coaches from rom Paul’s Tennis Academy. Cost $30 per person.

Competitions

We offer complete access to Tennis NSW, and Northern Suburbs Tennis Association competitions and tournaments. Interested in finding out more? Contact us here.

Coaching

There is a resident coach who is TA accredited – Paul McNamara of Paul’s Tennis Academy. Lessons are available for beginners looking to learn the basics through to more advanced standards looking to take their game to the next level. Private and group lessons are offered. There are school holiday camps.

Booking a court

Courts are open to everyone. Just book a court anytime outside permanent and tennis coach bookings. There is no charge to members however booking limits of 1 hour, per member, per day apply. The hourly fee for non-members is $23 per hour.  Book now
