Wimbledon is coming to Lane Cove!
Join us for the club’s mid-year highlight as we bring a little Wimbledon spirit to Lane Cove Tennis Club.
On Saturday 11 July 2026, we’ll be serving up social tennis, strawberries and cream, BBQ favourites, hot treats, champagne, Pimms and soda, and more!
Tennis will run from 1pm through to dusk, with refreshments served throughout the afternoon.
Everyone welcome
This is a great afternoon for everyone. Come along if you are:
- An intermediate to advanced player keen for social tennis
- A junior member who would like to play alongside adult members
- A new member wanting to experience club life
- A Game Ready participant ready to ease into social play
- A member who simply wants to come along, watch the tennis and enjoy the afternoon
- Bringing family or friends to soak up the Lane Cove tennis community
Dress code
Whites are strongly encouraged – however, they will not, however, be policed by the All Lane Cove Tennis Club 😋 So, give them a wash, and come as Wimbledon-ready as you feel!
Cost
Nothing! Wimbledon Day is complimentary for members and their guests hosted by Garry our President and the Committee.

If the weather turns a little too All England Club, we will communicate any updates by SMS.
