Notice is given that the 111th Annual General Meeting of members due to be held via Zoom on Tuesday 23 June 2020, at 7:30 pm. The meeting will deal with the following business:
- Adoption of Minutes of Annual General Meeting Held on Saturday, 16 March 2019
- President’s Report
- Adoption of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Statement of Income and Expenditure for the year ended 31 December 2019
- Special Resolution – Amendments to Constitution
- Election of Members of the General Committee
- General Business
